It's almost two years since I was asked by the Seago estate to write the text for a book which is, first and foremost, a gallery of paintings from a remarkable life. Thanks to the hard work of staff at the Portland Gallery and the efforts of the production team at Lund Humphries, this will be a beautiful book. There is even a foreword by the Prince of Wales.
